TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, including the Isle of Man but excluding the Channel Islands, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group, their agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to claiming, but within the Promotion Period, as this will be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Reward. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
  3. Promotion Period: Claim between 00:01 BST on the 17 June 2024 and 23:59 BST on the 21 July 2024 inclusive or until all 1,000 Rewards are claimed per day. Unclaimed Rewards will be rolled over to a later date within the Promotion Period. There are 35,000 Rewards to be claimed in total over the entire Promotion Period.
  4. To Claim: Purchase any Cadbury product online or in-store from any Tesco, scan the QR code on promotional material in-store or visit buybeforeyoufly.cadbury.co.uk and complete the online form to provide your details (name, email address and full address) alongside uploading a photo of your receipt to claim your Reward.
  5. Maximum of 1 Claim is permitted per household (defined as persons living at the same address) throughout the entire the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per claim. Receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the claim date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No household may receive more than 1 Prize.
  6. The Rewards: There will be a minimum of 1,000 Rewards per day, a total of 35,000 over the entire Promotion Period. Any unclaimed or invalidly claimed Rewards will be rolled over to a later date within the Promotion Period. Each recipient will receive:
    1. 1 x voucher for £70 off a new holiday booking with Jet2holidays.
  7. Further Reward Details and Conditions:
    1. Recipients will receive their unique £70 off discount code (the “Discount”) via email.
    2. The Discount must be added at checkout or given to your independent travel agent or to the Jet2holidays contact centre when booking a holiday with Jet2holidays.
    3. The Discount is only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01 BST on 17 June 2024 and 23:59 BST on 31 July 2024, with a departure between 17 June 2024 and 31 October 2025.
    4. The Discount is applied to the full balance of a new holiday, not to the deposit amount payable.
    5. The Discount is only valid on new bookings.
    6. The customer must be aged 18 years or over to place a booking.
    7. The Discount cannot be used on any booking with any free child place(s).
    8. Only one Discount can be used per booking. The Discount can be redeemed once only.
    9. There must be a minimum of 2 adults per booking.
    10. The offer is available when booked online at www.jet2holidays.com, through the Jet2holidays app, through the Jet2holidays contact centre and through independent travel agents.
    11. Where applicable, and where the booking does not contain any free child place(s), the Discount can be used in conjunction with any money off Discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com and/or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion). Other than this, the Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other Discount or offer which is not automatically applied.
    12. Offer excludes group bookings (10 or more passengers).
    13. If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the Discount will no longer apply, and the full balance shall be payable.
    14. Prices shown on Jet2holidays’ websites and in their advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.

  8. Reward Claiming: You will be required to claim your free Reward by the end of the Promotion Period. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Promotion Period will be void and invalid.
  9. Reward Acceptance: Fulfilment of a Reward will likely take place within 24 hours of acceptance of the Reward but may take up to 3 days. In the unlikely event that a Reward does not arrive within 3 days, the recipient must inform the Promoter by emailing CadburyJet2Holidays@promowinners.com. If a recipient does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Reward or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  10. The Promoter may request that the recipients participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the recipient’s discretion and is not a condition of Reward Acceptance.
  11. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of recipients through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a Reward may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify recipients who tamper with the claim process.
    7. Disqualify claims which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
  12. The Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Rewards not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Reward for another of equal or greater value.
  13. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim page.
  14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14660) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  15. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
  16. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at https://eu.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-notice. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants. Personal data will be disclosed to Jet2holidays for the purpose of fulfilling the Rewards and will be handled in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be found at www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy.
  17. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  18. By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  19. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  20. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
